Jacob Foster reportedly told police it was ‘a bit of fun’ after pushing Charmaine O’Donnell from Helensburgh Pier

Jacob Foster has been found guilty at the High Court in Glasgow today of causing the death of Charmaine O'Donnell when he pushed her into the water as she enjoyed a day out with a pal.

Jacob Foster accepts that he 'caused' 25-year-old Charmaine from Glasgow to fall into the sea but denies any form of assault. He told police at the scene that he pushed her as a 'bit of fun'.
