Ireland Rugby legend Rob Kearney has posted a hilarious response to US President Joe Biden's slip of the tongue during his visit to Ireland last week.
Biden, a distant cousin of the former Ireland full back, visited Kearney's hometown of Dundalk and whilst there made a huge gaffe when he accidentally claimed his cousin Rob had 'beaten the hell out of the Black and Tans' instead of the All Blacks.
The unfortunate error made headlines around the world but Kearney clearly saw the funny side and took to Instagram to make light of the situation. He posted a cartoon image of him with a Rugby ball being chased by two men who are wearing uniforms similar to those worn by RIC officers during the Irish War of Independence in the 1920's.

The post has so far received nearly 12,000 likes and attracted over 100 comments. The image was created by cartoonist PanCooke who uses the social media platform to showcase their work.
The White House has since corrected the official transcript of the speech and has crossed out the Black and Tans remark and inserted 'All Blacks' instead.
