Meghan Markle has stayed in London and is not joining Prince Harry to see the Queen. Prince Harry along with other senior royals have travelled to Balmoral.
The Queen is currently under 'medical supervision' after concerns were raised by her doctor. Earlier today Buckingham Palace released a statement.
It read: "Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.
"The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had been in the UK this week to attend a charity event in London for sick children.
Both royals no longer attended the Well Child Awards following the reports of the Queen's ailing health.
It had been reported that both Meghan and Harry were travelling to Scotland, but the plans for Meghan have now changed.
She will remain in London, but could possibly join Harry at Balmoral at a later date.
Many of the top royals have arrived at Balmoral already, with some arriving by helicopter including Princess Anne.
Prince Edward, his wife Sophie and Prince Andrew joined Prince William on a private jet which arrived at Aberdeen Airport this afternoon.
