Sentencing of a man who admits attempted murder at a Bristol petrol station has been adjourned. Paul Miller, 53, of no fixed address, was charged in September last year after he was arrested following a stabbing at the petrol station in Hengrove.
His case was mentioned at Bristol Crown Court today. (June 9, 2022) Miller has pleaded guilty to attempting to murder Liam Kittlety at the Morrisons Daily shop in Hengrove Way on September 9 last year.
Earlier Judge William Hart adjourned sentence until today, pending a medical report, and remanded Miller in custody to secure hospital Broadmoor. But the court heard further medical information is required and Miller will learn his fate on a date to be fixed.
