Research suggests a new drug slowed the growth of prostate cancer cells, including those with a resistance to the hormone therapy enzalutamide.

The trial included 325 patients from across 28 countries.

A child with the tumour who was given the drug is now undergoing further treatment, more than four years since diagnosis, researchers said.
