The Supreme Court refused to stay the floor test in Maharashtra Assembly and agreed with the Maharashtra Governor and the dissident MLAs that delaying floor test would further damage democracy

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari in his letter stated that ‘floor test for proving the majority of the Chief Minister is imperative to ensure that the government continues to function with the confidence of the house.’

The flight is expected to leave Guwahati's Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport for Goa's Dabolim airport at around 3 p.m., sources said.
