A pro wrestling company is promising thrills and spills when it takes over an Ayr nightclub later this month.
Grappling action will descend on Venue38 in Carrick Street – with the night also featuring live music and entertainment.
Bosses at Pro2 Wrestling say their 'Beach Brawl' event is aiming to attract a whole new audience with some of the country's top stars in the ring.
Promoter Cameron Findlay, who has performed on the British scene as 'Logan Storm' for the last 20 years, is spearheading the company's bid to become a breakthrough name in Ayrshire.
And he hopes the Over-18s night can put Pro2 firmly on the grappling map.
He told Ayrshire Live: "We've already run shows in Troon, Irvine and Annbank but this is our most ambitious to date.
"The folks at Venue38 are really keen to try different things in order to get Ayr town centre buzzing again.
"This is far more than just a wrestling show – we have a great music line-up after the in-ring action and anyone coming along is going to get a proper night out for their money."
Headling the card for the 'Ayrshire Believe' title – named in memory of the late Adrian 'Lionheart' McCallum – is TJ Rage against BT Gunn.
The show also features a father v son 'death match' with hardcore legend 'The Iceman' in action. Source Wrestling's heavyweight champ, Stone Malone, will clash with Pro2 Interpromotional champ Saqib Ali in another eye-catching bout.
Cameron added: "After the wrestling, we have one of Ayrshire's top musicians in Campbell Sproat taking to the stage, along with a performance from The Mocking Byrds, Jason Skimming and Gav McMulkin.
"We want this to be a proper night out for people and hopefully we can pack a lot into the venue and make it a real experience for them."
Tickets for the show on Saturday, August 27 are priced at £12 and are available by clicking HERE
