Nancy Mace Called Out for 'Lying' After Blasting Constituent as 'F--king Crazy' in Viral Video

South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace was called out for "lying" after blasting one of her constituents as "f--king crazy" because she was asked in a now-viral video when she would be hosting a town hall under the current administration.

TikTok user Suzanne Lambert accused Mace, who has represented South Carolina's wealthiest district since 2021, of accosting the constituent, Ely Murray-Quick, after he shared a full-length video proving he "very calmly and politely" asked about upcoming town hall plans in a Facebook post shared April 19.

"Did you miss the 15 I had last year?" Mace retorted.

When pushed on when she would be hosting one in the current year, Mace continued reiterating she held them in the past and holds "a dozen every year" before bizarrely adding she "voted for gay marriage twice."

"You want to get in my face about town halls? You should have shown up last year," Mace continued while holding up her own smartphone.

She then called Murray-Quick "absolutely f--king crazy."

"Goodbye, f--k you," she added while continuing to record.

Mace then refuted she will be "voted out so fast this year" because she "won by so much." In reality, however, Republicans in the South Carolina General Assembly gave Mace an edge in 2022 by redrawing the district Democratic precincts to the state's sole majority-minority district, AP News reported. Under the 2020 map, she would have received less than 51% of the vote.

The interaction differs from an inflammatory post Mace shared on Sunday in which she called him an "unhinged lunatic...wearing daisy dukes, at a makeup store."

"Dems are nuts. So I went off - and I won't be backing down," Mace wrote. "I hold the line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Try me."

Lambert dissected Mace's story, clarifying the incident clearly took place in a skincare aisle and the constituent was wearing 5" inseam men's shorts worn by the likes of former President George W. Bush.

"Calling her own constituent an 'unhinged lunatic,' there was only one unhinged lunatic in that video and it was the woman positively tweaking in her Payless stilettos because someone asked her when she's going to host a town hall," Lambert continued.

"'I already had one last year' is not an acceptable excuse, and then of course the positioning of the makeup store when they're clearly in the skincare aisle," she added, before adding Murray was standing at a respectful distance despite Mace claiming otherwise.

"You did 'go off,' per your own words, when you said 'f--k you' and called him 'f--king crazy,' but it's not because he got in your face. It's because there's very clearly something wrong with you as referenced by many former staffers," Lambert added.

Lambert also accused Mace of being drunk in the video, adding that her staff had a 100% turnover and she was fired by her own consultant in 2024 for her drinking habits, the Daily Beast reported.

Murray-Quick later doubled down in a lengthy Facebook post pointed at Mace.

"If Nancy Mace invested even half as much effort into crafting actual policy or advocating for the people of South Carolina as she does posting about my outfits and spinning dramatics about a two-second public interaction, maybe — just maybe — her district wouldn't be clinging to the bottom rung of national rankings in education, infrastructure, and healthcare access," he began. "Your vitriol in your statements alone, Nancy, makes it crystal clear that you're not someone who truly cares about all people — just the ones who stroke your ego or your campaign checks."
