If you've ever missed a delivery, you'll sometimes find that if your neighbours are home when you're not, they'll kindly take the package in for you so you don't have to arrange for re-delivery.
But one woman has been left "raging" after her £300 delivery was handed off to a neighbour - who then claimed she had no idea where the items had gone.
The woman, named Mia, posted a video on TikTok to rant about the situation after she received photos from her courier to prove that her neighbour had taken the parcels into her flat, even though the neighbour herself denies having them.
In her clip, she said: "Guys, I'm so angry. I had a delivery last week and my neighbour signed for it, and now she apparently doesn't know where it is. It's gone!"

Mia, who posts under the username @miaxmon, said her items were worth £300 and so she was keen to get them back as soon as possible - but her neighbour was not being helpful.
She added: "This is £300 worth of stuff. Not even exciting stuff either, it's a laundry hamper and some new bedding.
"There's a photo of my packages in this lady's doorway, and then another photo after she's closed the door of there being no packages left outside. So the delivery driver has done his due diligence and made sure this woman has signed for my package and then taken it inside.
"So I go over there and I'm like, 'Hi it's Mia, can I please have my package?', and she's like, 'No I don't have it, sorry'.
"I thought I must have made a mistake, so I came back home and checked the photo of the door because maybe it wasn't that flat, maybe it was a different one.
"But no, it was the right one. The photo shows her with the door open with my packages."
Mia then sent her boyfriend over to talk to the lady again, who then claimed she did in fact sign for the packages but never took them inside.
She explained: "She says to him, 'I did sign for it but I just left it outside. I didn't take it inside, and now it's gone.'
"Why would you sign for a package and then leave it outside? Why would you do that? Just don't sign for the package.
"I'm raging!"
In a follow-up video, Mia later revealed her packages appeared on her doorstep the following day, after they had mysteriously found their way into a completely different flat which was not the one sent to her by the delivery driver.
She said: "The parcels were in flat 5. Which isn't the apartment the photo was of.
"Why flat 5 had my parcels we'll never know, but I'm just happy they've been returned."
