Foodies have been left in stitches after a little boy's first birthday cake ended up looking much ruder than it was supposed to.
In a hilarious side-by-side comparison shared on Twitter by the child's aunt @sadsociaIist, the unfortunate mistake is clear to see.
While the decorator understood the family's vision - and delivered a number cake similar to the inspiration photo - the rest of the design looked quite different.
Instead of sweet balloons, the icing resembled something else entirely.
Meanwhile, the 'Happy Birthday' message was also messed up, as it wished a special day to 'Yazeem', not the birthday boy, Zayeem.
Sharing the mix-up, the child's aunt wrote: "What my nephew's birthday cake was meant to look like vs how it turned up. his name is zayeem btw."
One stunned viewer replied: 'Dunno what's worse, the odd colours, the incorrect name or the… sperm.'
A second wrote: "Nah that's a violation." And a third thought: "Well, it's definitely Birthday themed? Maybe a little too much focus on the reproductive bit."
Elsewhere, someone commented: "Forget the heart how'd you spell his name wrong." Another asked: "That is unbelievably awful omg..did they scrape the writing off and redo it as well??" @sadsociaIist replied: "No but they did do this to correct the name."
She added: "We couldn't even kick off that much because it was my cousin's wife that made it.. she just sells cakes on insta idk what they were expecting."
But if it's any consolation to the family, it won't be the last time a birthday cake order goes terribly wrong. It's not the first time, either.
People were left crying with laughter when a recent Costco cake mishap was shared online. As revealed in a post to Reddit, a customer was left flabbergasted when they were handed a dinosaur cake that looked terrifying for all the wrong reasons.
Thankfully, the monstrous creation was heavily discounted, even if it did delight viewers who loved the 'hilarious' design.
