The FA Cup final is arguably one of the highlights of the British sporting calendar, providing countless memories and drama down the years.
Some will argue that the showpiece at Wembley has perhaps lost some of its magic, but there will certainly be no shortage of interest when Liverpool and Chelsea meet on Saturday afternoon.
But before the action gets under way, there will be plenty of pre-match festivities for fans to enjoy, with the Football Association keen to mark the 150th season of the competition.
Legendary DJ Pete Tong is set to perform ahead of kick-off, with a set called 'the symphony of the twelfth man', which will take fans through both music and commentary from several decades of the competition's history.
The UK recording artist RAYE will then sing the national anthem at both the Emirates FA Cup Final between Chelsea and Liverpool on Saturday 14 May, as well as a nine-minute medley of her own tracks, including Bed; Secrets; and Waterfall
She is also set to perform the following day at the Vitality Women's FA Cup Final on Sunday 15 May, as well as performing a nine-minute melody of her own tracks: Bed; Secrets; and Waterfall in the build-up to the Women's Final between Chelsea and Manchester City.
RAYE, whose real name is Rachel Agatha Keen, is a singer and songwriter from Croydon in south London and is apparently a Man Utd fan. The 24-year-old has previously been romantically linked with artist Drake.
In 2016, she had her breakthrough by featuring on the singles; "By Your Side" by Jonas Blue and "You Don't Know Me" by Jax Jones
Her debut mini-album, Euphoric Sad Songs was released in November 2020 and spawned in the UK top-10 single "Secrets" with Regard. In 2021, she was co-lead artist on the single "Bed" with musicians Joel Corry and David Guetta.
Raye was brought up in a musical family. Her mother, who is of Ghanaian-Swiss heritage, and her English father met at church, where her father would lead worship and her mother sang in the choir. Her Grandfather was also a songwriter and a musician.
