The Red Arrows' famous aerobatic air display has been entertaining people for years and Welsh crowds still have an opportunity to catch them, this time at the Rhyl Air Show on the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
It's a momentous occasion for the north Wales air show as both The Red Arrows and the RAF's Typhoon will take part in aerial displays for the first time.

The Rhyl Air Show will take place on the seafront on Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28 and is the first event back since the Covid pandemic. As well as the spectacular air displays there'll also be land-based entertainment.
North Wales Live reported that the Red Arrows will also land in Flintshire ahead of the long-awaited event, which was cancelled in 2020 and 2021. The RAF Aerobatic Team is scheduled to stop at Hawarden Airport in Broughton. Timings are yet to be confirmed but the airport's Chocks Away Diner has said that the Red Arrows will be "in and out" of the site for the duration of the event - weather permitting - and "stopping overnight". The team posted on Facebook to say: "We can’t wait to have them back!"
The show will also have displays by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the Grob Tutor.
The Rhyl Air Show was launched in 2009 and attracts thousands of people to the seaside town, it has also won the Magnificent Crowd Puller for events which attract more than 7,500 people when it was honoured at the Go North Wales Tourism Awards.
