Watch Lewis Capaldi go Celtic daft on popular YouTube show as 'Grace' gets hilarious airing on Hot Ones

Pop sensation Lewis Capaldi let his Celtic flag fly as he sung a Parkhead terrace favourite in an appearance on Hot Ones.

The Scot, who has never hid his Celtic allegiances, appeared on the First We Feast YouTube channel opposite host Sean Evans and answered a number of questions on his career, latest album and personal life - all while eating increasingly spicy wings. He was the latest in a long line of prestigious guests ranging from fellow music stars Noel Gallagher and Niall Horan to Ricky Gervais, James Corden and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Host Evans is known for his insightful questions but things took a whimsical turn when he asked Capaldi if there is a Celtic song he should have in his back pocket should he ever visit Parkhead. And Capaldi, at this point more than halfway through the gauntlet of hot sauce, was happy to oblige.

Evidently struggling with the wings, a signature of the show which often leaves celebrities with red faces and in floods of tears, he replied: "There's a really beautiful song called Grace, it's an old Irish song but Celtic fans sing it because of their connection with Ireland. It's a beautiful tune."

Then he broke into the first two lines of the traditional Irish tune before breaking off. "My eyes! It's like I've got a pair of sunglasses on that have been...in an oven."
