Dictator were on hand to help celebrate the grand opening, and performed a stripped-back set of their newest EP, Rubik's Cube. Fans of the band came from across Scotland, and as far as Greenock, to support the band, and the new store.
One excited fan said: "I was excited to hear that Dictator were performing a free gig just up the road from me in Falkirk. I missed their St Luke's gig last week, as I was on the back shift at work, and couldn't wait to get down to hear them.
"It was all very last minute, but excellently planned and prepared for by the company. It was a good day in all, people were even stopping outside the shop as they walked by to listen in!"
The band stuck around to sign some records and chat after the show, and our Edinburgh Live reporter on the scene bagged a vinyl too. The band said: "It's been wonderful playing here today, and we couldn't be happier to be supporting our mates on opening their store!"
The AV Company wrote on social media: "Brilliant set from @dictatorband today to celebrate the opening day for @the_av_company." Dictator replied to this, saying: "Cheers for having us team!"
You can watch some of the band's set here, and check out the AV Company's social medias too.
