A wanted attacker with distinctive scars and links to Liverpool is being hunted by police.
Neil Garth, also known as Neil Kearney, 40, was jailed in 2009 for assault offences and was later released on licence. Now, he is being hunted by Merseyside Police on recall to prison following poor behaviour.
Garth, who is originally from Preston, has links to the Preston and Cheshire areas and is known to frequent Liverpool, particularly the City Centre.

He is described as 5ft 9in tall with blue eyes, short light brown hair and of proportionate build. He has three scars, one by his left eyebrow, another over his right eye and a third on his right leg.
