Virgin Media customers have been left fuming after having no access to their emails for THREE days, from Sunday evening. Others have complained of TV and broadband outages since yesterday (Monday, June 19).
Irritating gremlins still appear to be in the system, reports the Mirror. Users are clearly furious with one customer called Juliet tweeting: "@virginmedia my email is STILL down, received nothing since Sunday. What on earth is going on? Apart from copy and pasting your stock ‘we are aware’ response, how about some actual answers?!"
Another named Lucas fumed: "Email down today again @VirginMedia what's going on, is nobody from @virginMedia going to take responsibility for this recurring problem and give us some answers?"

Virgin previously told the Mirror that they are working on a fix but there is not a confirmed timeframe for when the services are expected to return to normal.
Down Detector UK, which monitors outages across Britain, has - at the time of writing - recorded almost 1,000 reports making this a fairly major issue. 89 percent of complainants reported issues with emails, six percent reported problems with internet and five percent complained of a total blackout.
With so many people left unable to access their emails and with broadband issues, there's now a flurry of messages appearing on Twitter. One Twitter user called Myaaa said: "@virginmedia Our broadband is down since morning. Just checked the status it won't be back until tomorrow. Would you love to explain what is wrong???"
@TanaCollins7 said: "Anyone else still unable to get on to their Virgin Media email? Down since last night. I have put the password in and it's not accepting it. Just wondering if the issues remain unresolved?"
@christinaearls added: "#Virginmediaemail been down since Sunday evening and still no joy! No answer on phone and can’t do so much. No emails uploading onto virgin media inbox either but as an outlook user, stuffed!"
In response to one user, Virgin Media said on Twitter: "We’re aware of an issue that is affecting our Virgin Media email service for customers. Our teams are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused."
A Virgin Media spokesperson told the Manchester Evening News on Tuesday evening: "We apologise again to those individuals who have been experiencing issues with their email services since Monday. Our teams are continuing to work on restoring all users’ access as a priority and we will do this as soon as possible.”
