Vicky Pattison joked that she's so busy that she has to schedule in naughty time with her fiancé Ercan Ramadan.
The former Geordie Shore star, who recently got engaged to her ex-TOWIE beau in Dubai, said her life is so ruled by to-do lists that she's turning into Friends character Monica, and that there's certainly no time for impromptu quickies.
The 34-year-old confessed in her book The Secret To Happy: "I live by lists to the point I’m turning into Monica from Friends.
"Remember in that episode after Phoebe’s wedding, when she’s ticking off everything, and Chandler says to her, ‘Is there any room on that thing for us to have sex?’ That’s me.
"I’ll properly plan if Ercan and I are going to have sex. I mean the poor fella, he puts up with it, but I’m sure he wishes I was a bit more footloose and fancy-free and chucked him a quickie on a Sunday night once in a while."
I'm A Celebrity winner Vicky says she sits down each Sunday to plan out her weeks in full, down to every tiny detail.
She added in her self-help book inspired by her podcast The Secret To: "I have a weekly to-do list that I will write out on a Sunday.
"It will include everything from what I’m going to eat, to sorting my clothes to do a white wash."
Vicky was left blown away on holiday when Ercan got down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage.
The 28-year-old shared the happy news with his Instagram followers through a series of gorgeous pictures, including one that showed him down on knee on the sand with the ring in his hand and Vicky bending down to kiss him.
He wrote: "She’s only gone & Said Yes..
"My Rock.. Love you forever & always Can’t wait to begin our new chapter together"
Vicky shared the same picture and wrote: "I choose you and I'll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat... It'll always be you To our forever @ercan_ram..."
Vicky has previously spoken about her plans for the future, including her dream of becoming a mother.
But she said she was freezing her eggs until Ercan was ready to be a dad.
She said: "I’ve put baby dream on ice I haven’t mourned the loss of my 20s at all… they were completely taken over by feeling insecure, not being confident in my body, feeling lost and not knowing who I could trust.
"Now I am in my 30s, I am going from strength to strength – I know myself and I have contentment.
"I have a man who loves me just as much in my baked bean-stained trackies as when I am dolled up to the nines, having spent three hours in hair and make-up.
"But at 34, I have decided to freeze my eggs. Ercan is only 28 and I have chosen the Cougar life!"
