Uttar Pradesh: 4 killed after car falls into gorge in Hathras

Hathras: Four people, including two children, were killed and as many injured in Hathras after the car they were travelling in hit the divider and then plunged into a gorge.

Injured shifted to Agra
After receiving the information, police reached the accident site and shifted the victims to a nearby hospital where four were declared dead. Two of the inujured are in seriuos condition and they were shifted to Agra. 


There were 8 people from two families in the car. Businessmen Anuj Agarwal and Saurabh Agarwal, residents of Kamala Nagar in Agra city, were returning with their families after visiting the Mata temple in Belon, Bulandshahr. In this accident, four people, including a woman and two children, died. On receiving information about the accident, SDM, ASP and CO Hathras also reached the spot.

Police on the accident

According to the police, the accident happened near Kevalgarhi village of Chandpa Kotwali area of ​​Hathras district.  ASP Ashok Kumar Singh said that the car was moving at a high speed, due to which the driver suddenly lost control and the car veered out of control and overturned.
