A toddler has died a day after being pulled from a creek near his Adelaide home.
The one-year-old boy was found unresponsive on Easter Sunday in a body of water in Adelaide's north and taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Police confirmed the toddler died on Monday afternoon.
According to local authorities, the usually dry creek had filled up by 11mm after three days of rain.
Police will look at CCTV footage as part of their investigation and prepare a report for the coroner.
