This Morning fans were thoroughly cheered up today after a topless kilt-wearing Scotsman appeared on their screens.
Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary have taken over from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for the Christmas holidays as they suggested someone who could "chill out the nation".
As they collapsed into a fit of giggles, they spoke live to Finlay Wilson in the snowy Spittal of Glenshee in the Scottish Highlands.
Snow yoga guru Finlay, who donned just a tartan kilt and boots, stood in front of a rug as he smiled at the camera.
"Hello Finlay," Alison giggled.
"Thank you for having me," he said.
Alison gushed: "Oh no problem, babes. We'll have you anytime - on the show."
Dermot quizzed him about what he was doing, he said: "When we got here, it was freezing, -12, and yeah. You were worried about people being in the cold and Tenerife was an option for this this morning, you guys!"
"What a beautiful day for it though, the scenery is gorgeous," Dermot said.
Alison quipped: "Yeah, the scenery's gorgeous..."
And viewers appeared equally appreciative, with one tweeting with a heart-eyed emoji: "Oh hello Finlay #ThisMorning."
While another gushed: "He can relieve my stress."
A third quipped: "This is how I like to see a Scotsman #ThisMorning."
"I’ve taken a deep breath and am paying all the attention, Finlay," another commented.
