A couple weeks ago, the Buffalo Bills unveiled renderings for their $1.4 billion stadium that the team hopes to have completed by 2026. But while the stadium’s massive taxpayer financing and open-air design garnered plenty of attention, the Jets certainly took notice of one detail.
It took some zooming in, but the scoreboard on the initial renderings had the Bills blowing out the Jets, 24-3. The Bills really should have chosen a different team for that scoreboard because the Jets social team was ready to have the last laugh on Sunday.
Following the Jets’ 20-17 win over the Bills in Week 9, the Jets’ official Twitter account responded to the win with a notable adjustment to that scoreboard.

I mean, that’s just fantastic work.
Plus, if you’re going to fund a stadium with $600 million in state money, it’s probably a good idea to not insult the fanbase that will help pay for the stadium.
Though I can see the Bills’ social team coming back with a similar tweet if the Bills win their home matchup on Dec. 11, NFL fans were quick to give the Jets credit for the elite tweet.
This was how Twitter reacted
