Well, it started with internet personality Jools LeBron.
Jools uses “very demure, very mindful” in many of their videos as they go about doing everyday things like putting on makeup, going to work, traveling and so forth. It’s 100 percent satire meant to poke fun at situations and societal norms in which people are typically expected to be very respectful and sensible.
