Millions are set to benefit from the bumper four-day bank holiday for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
While revellers will be able to enjoy two extra hours at pubs as they extend their closing time from 11pm to 1am, some supermarkets are set to shrink their hours.
The bank holiday begins today, Thursday June 2, and ends on Sunday June 5 - with many set to get away for a short break or come together for jubilee celebrations.
Although stores will remain open, Marks & Spencer have given staff in all stores, distribution centres and customer service colleagues an extra day off to mark the event.

Tesco opening and closing hours
Tesco's opening and closing hours on June 2-5 varies from store to store and by location. However, customers can find out specific information on the store locator here.
The majority of large stores will open at normal time but close at 8pm and most of the large London stores will open at their normal time, but close at 10pm. Meanwhile, Express stores across the UK will have normal opening hours, unless they are based in a shopping centre.
Tesco's giant supermarket rivals Asda, Aldi and Lidl are set to be open from 8am to 8pm in the evening. At Morrisons branches, they are set to be open as normal over the bank holiday, meaning shoppers can browse between 6am and 11pm at most outlets.
