Tesco is making a big change for Clubcard holders who use their points towards the supermarket's Delivery Saver Plans.
Previously, shoppers could triple the value of their Clubcard Points when they redeemed them to buy one of Tesco's delivery packages, meaning that every 50p in Clubcard vouchers could net them £1.50 off a Delivery Saver plan when they converted them to spend at a Rewards Partner. But as of today, November 14, the points will only be able to be redeemed at face value.
Tesco customers only have until 10am today to get triple value out of their Clubcard Points when it comes to buying delivery packages, The Mirror reports. The supermarket said that if shoppers have transferred their Clubcard points into vouchers before the change, they will remain at three times their value even after the change comes into effect.

The change means that Clubcard members will no longer be able to buy Deliver Saver plans at a huge discount using their triple-value points. For example, they will now pay the full price for a 12-month anytime home delivery pass which costs £83.88, whereas this would have cost a Clubcard holder just £27.96 when they previously used their points to purchase it.
Similarly, Clubcard members could previously snap up a six-month click and collect pass for £4.98, but with the triple value bonus scrapped they will now have to fork out the full £14.94. If customers transferred their points into vouchers before the change took hold, they have six months to redeem them from the date they got the vouchers.
Tesco sent out an email to customers warning them about the changes early last month. To transfer their points, shoppers must log into the Tesco Clubcard account via the Tesco website or app, selecting 'points' and then 'vouchers' to choose the amount they would like to transfer and what they would type of vouchers they want.
