We’re interested to hear about people’s relationships with John Lewis and the brand’s stores.

The company that runs John Lewis department stores and supermarket Waitrose has said it would have to cut staff numbers and scrap bonuses this year, flagging an uncertain outlook as customers struggle with inflation.

We are interested to hear what it has meant to you to shop there, and whether this has changed over the years. How did you feel when the brand first came to your town? Have you been affected by store closures?
