A rugby club is hoping to fulfill one exceptionally tall teen's Christmas wish this year - a size 17 pair of boots.
Joe Goodridge, 18, plays for Tewkesbury Rugby Club in Gloucestershire but has been unable to find studded boots large enough to fit him.
This means the 6ft 6in teen can't get a decent grip on the field and, according to his coach, ends up "skating around like Bambi on ice".
The club has now launched an appeal in the hope some can either find him a pair or help them raise money to get some custom-made.
Joe has been with the club since he was eight but he's grown so big, he now can't find any rugby boots to put on. It means he has to squeeze into too-small boots, which affects his running and tackling.
Joe has stepped up from junior teams and is in his first year of men's rugby. He's been forced to play in moulded boots without studs, which fail to give him enough grip on the turf.
"It makes it quite difficult in the scrum because I've got very little traction" Joe said.
His coach Mark Woodham added: "The boots he's having to wear cause him to slip, which impacts his performance.
"There are moments on the pitch where you are looking at him going 'please stop skating around like Bambi on ice'.
"We need a decent set of boots for him so he can really grow and be the player he can really be."
Martin Thomas, Director of Rugby at Tewkesbury RFC, tweeted an appeal: "I have a grassroots rugby player who is 18 and 6'6' tall with size 17 feet playing for our team.
"He cannot find rugby boots that big. Is there anyone out there who is willing to help?"
Despite the call out, the club said it has yet to source a pair of boots.
Coach Mark said: "The chance of us buying something off the shelf is very slim, but if there's a way for us to crowdfund and buy some boots for Joe that are specially made, the club is up for it."
