Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has provided fans with an update after being rushed to hospital earlier this week.
On Monday, January 31 the Welsh star revealed she'd suffered a Crohn's disease flare-up while performing in Manchester and would be missing some Strictly live tour dates.
In a new message the 31-year-old revealed she had returned to the tour and thanked the "amazing NHS" for their help and fans for their support.

Sharing a video message with her 316,000 Instagram followers, Amy took to her stories and said: "Hey guys, I just wanted to jump on and just say a big thank you for all the lovely messages I've received over the past few days.
"Firstly, with going poorly, I'm so sorry for missing shows, I'm absolutely gutted. I'm absolutely loving it on tour, you only get three weeks on the road and you really want to make the most of it, especially after the pandemic.
"Going out and performing in arenas has just been incredible, so I was just absolutely gutted."
Explaining what happened, Amy continued: "Unfortunately I started to fall ill on the Wednesday, pushed through it.
"I was really quite poorly, then, towards the end of the week and on Saturday, I think my body just said no more.
"But due to the amazing care I received in the hospital from the doctors and nurses, I'm back on my feet."
Amy continued: "We seem to know now as well, the older I'm getting the longer I've had this condition what works to help me when I have, what I call these attacks, with the pain and the sickness."
The Strictly favourite then thanked her co-stars and colleagues for their support.
It comes after Amy shared side-by-side photographs of herself on Monday, one in make-up ahead of her performance and another just hours later in a hospital bed.
She captioned the images: "Not quite the weekend performing in Manchester I was expecting. The one pic is me all ready to dance the following is literally a few hours later. Just want to help spread the awareness of hidden chronic illnesses.
"I know we get so many comments 'oh you look fine', on the outside yes, but not the inside. Comments 'why do you push yourself?' Well, I wouldn't do anything in life if I spent the whole time worrying if I might get a flare up. I've always said it won't define me!" You can read more of what Amy said here.
Amy recently opened up about her emotional journey with Crohn's disease, which she's suffered with since the age of 11 and was diagnosed with at 19, in her incredible documentary Crohn's and Me.
As well as returning to the Strictly tour, Amy announced a brand new BBC One Wales show.
The series, currently titled Amy Dowden’s Dare to Dance, will see an individual or group perform a dance choreographed by Amy to surprise their family or friends. You can read more about it here.
