Shoppers who order online from Tesco are being asked to check their order receipt for a small charge which may have been incorrectly added to their shopping.
Those who notice a £4 'basket fee' on their receipt are eligible to claim the cash back from the leading retailer - who have openly admitted the wrong charge following a glitch with their systems.
However, there's a bit of a kicker...

Money Saving Expert report that Tesco won't proactively contact those who have been affected by this error - so unless you request a refund yourself, you could never see the money again. Usually the supermarket only applies said fee if you knowingly and willingly place an online order totalling less than £40.
If items are out of stock and in the cases of cheaper substitutions - this £40 or more limit may not be met, and the minimum basket fee will be applied. Tesco also takes payment from its shoppers when the food is delivered, and not when it is ordered initially.
But a technical glitch has saw a 'small number' of customers wrongly charged due to this scenario - and the supermarket won't notify you should this have happened. In other words, you'll have to spot the error yourself and get in touch with Tesco for a refund.
This can be done over the phone on 0800 323 4040, or via WhatsApp on 0800 917 7403. You may also be asked to share your receipt and/or a copy of your final delivery as proof of purchase.
MoneySavingExpert have contacted Tesco for a comment - and are uncertain as to whether or not this issue has been resolved as of yet.
