Rylan Clark has put pen to paper and bared all in his first book, which delves into the difficult year he's faced.
The presenter, who joked he "should have only lasted ten minutes" in showbiz, looks back over the decade he's had in the "crazy industry".
Rylan, 33, shared the news of his book titled TEN, with his 1.5million followers on Instagram.
He wrote: "The decade that changed my future. Wow. All the emotions. This book celebrates ten years of me being in this crazy industry.
"We all know I should have lasted ten minutes, so how I’ve lasted ten years, I’ll never know.
"Learned so many lessons, especially in the last year but it’s been a journey, and I can’t wait to share it with you very soon."
He added that his book will be available from September 29 and offered signed copies.
Rylan, who first made a name for himself on The X Factor in 2012, added a montage of his famous TV moments along with the year they happened.
The big news comes after he opened up about being single nine months after his split with Dan.
After a night out with friends he took to Twitter with an emotional tweet.
He wrote: "Ever have a night out where u have a really good night with friends... However on the way home u sit and think, would much rather a night in with Netflix and someone u care about... yeah that babe."
The Radio 2 presenter said that he needed to take time out last year following his split from his husband Dan last year.
The pair split after six years of marriage and Rylan blamed the break up on his job and their relationship being in the public eye.
Rylan dropped to nine stone and admitted he was a "danger to himself" after refusing food.
He told The Observer: "It's really strange talking about this, because I've not even spoken about it to my friends. I just never thought I could get that ill."
"I went down to just over 9st and I'm 6ft 4in. It got bad. Like, very bad. And I didn't think it would get better. I needed help."

He continued: "I didn't think I'd be here. I didn't think I could continue [to work or to live]. I didn't think I'd actually come back. I was very… gone."
Despite becoming "mentally unwell" and "dangerously thin" he said that he bounced back and has now put on four stone.
"Getting fit and looking after my body has saved me. Fitness has given me a goal," said Rylan.
