Roads in Bridgend and Porthcawl have been closed off due to Storm Eunice damage.
Part of Bridgend Town Centre has been cordoned off after the roof of nightclub Hobos was damaged by the strong winds, in what the venue has described as another "devastating" setback after the last two years.
Both the fire service and police attended the scene at Queen Street in Bridgend and secured the area.
In a statement on social media, the club said: "As if the last two years hasn't been traumatic enough for us, storm Eunice has this morning torn through the roof of our building...
"Goes without saying this is absolutely devastating news for us just as we thought we were getting back to normality, we face another huge setback.
"Of course we will be closed this weekend and will have news and updates for you all as soon as we can, we're all trying to stay as positive as we can but as you can imagine this another tough and testing time but we will see it through."
The Rhiw shopping centre and indoor market have since closed.
