When it comes to Tripadvisor reviews, many businesses have had to deal with negative posts and one-star ratings.
Some people decide to get angry about the comments, while others try to see the funnier side of the whole thing.
An Italian restaurant in Barrow-in-Furness has recently left their customers cracking up after doing the latter and poking fun at a negative review they received.
Mario House claims to have been criticised by an unnamed female customer, who reportedly said their coffee was the "worst" she'd ever had in her life.
But instead of taking the words to heart, the owners of the restaurant decided to use it as an amusing way to engage with other customers, putting up a sassy sign outside their front door.

An image of the handwritten chalkboard sign was shared on the restaurant's Facebook page.
It reads: "Come in and try the worst coffee one woman on TripAdvisor had in her life."
Dozens of customers liked the social media post, with many having a good laugh over it.
Some shared messages of support for the business, with one person replying with how much they loved the coffee there.
They said: "Love the coffee & the food is amazing."
Speaking about the sign a spokesperson for Mario House said that it was only meant as a "joke" and that they were trying to be "ironic".
They told The Mirror: "It was a joke, I had customers who spoke ugly about the restaurant but still order from our restaurant.
"We tried to be ironic."
They added that they were glad customers on Facebook had found it funny.
Mario House currently has 53 reviews on Tripadvisor, but the woman's review mentioning coffee appears to have since been taken down.
