Reconnect with yourself in new yoga programme

Museflower Retreat & Spa Chiang Rai is holding "Bhakti Yoga Study Group" to offer a new path to more spiritual support and help reconnect to your true self and higher energy source.

Presented in sessions of three, six, nine and 12 days, starting on Mondays and Thursdays until September, the new programme is ideal for anyone looking to bring more calm and trust into their lives.

It helps open our hearts to a path of higher love, which in turn helps nourish ourselves back from the heavy feelings of exhaustion, stress, heartbreak, loss, disappointment, fear or anxiety. This allows us to lighten our energy and lift our spirits to reconnect to a sense of happiness and peace that we all need and want.

This study programme will explore and experience the energies of various Hindu deities through meditation with mantra and mudra, chanting, kirtan, storytelling, journalling, reflective sharing, setting intentions and other self-discovery exercises. No previous experience is necessary.

It is not a physical yoga class and does not include any worshipping rites. The fee starts from 3,500 baht for three days, 5,500 baht for six days, 7,500 baht for nine days and 9,500 baht for 12 days.

The prices cover the study programme only but the wellness retreat offers special discounts on all retreats and regular all-inclusive room rates.
