The Baltimore Ravens went through many major injuries in 2021, losing key pieces left and right. One of the players they saw go down right as the season was coming to a close was outside linebacker Tyus Bowser, who tore his achilles in the final game of the season in Week 18 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bowser has been working his way back from the injury, and discussed his experience rehabbing from it in order to get back on the field. He called the process new to him, as it was his first major injury of his career, and talked about doing the small, little things in order to get back healthy.
“No, this is my first major injury, so this was definitely something new to me. But the main part is just whatever is being told, whatever is being said, just go out there and do it, and just doing your part as far as taking care of your body [and] doing the small, little things to help yourself get back healthy. That’s all I’ve been doing.”
