A Scottish woman from Argyll and Bute will be competing in a special BBC One programme in the aim to be hand selected to bake for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Picked out of nearly 5,000 entries UK-wide, 65-year-old Susan has been included amongst four other amateur bakers as part of the competition, in honour of the Queen’s 70 years on the throne.
The Duchess of Cornwall and Dame Mary Berry will announce the lucky winner during a commemorative BBC One programme, The Queen’s Jubilee Pudding: 70 Years In The Baking, which airs on May 12.

Susan, who lives on the west coast in Argyll and Bute, has stated that her cooking inspiration for the cake has come from her mother.
The amateur baker has also noted that she only started getting into the skills of baking in recent years, and is excited to appear on the programme.
As reported by the Evening Standard, Susan said: "The Queen’s Jubilee is the one time that we can all be together to celebrate our Queen and how she’s represented us during her selfless 70-year service to our country.

“So I wanted my pudding to represent us as one nation.”
Susan has created a four nations pudding, taking berries from Scotland, rhubarb from Yorkshire in England, cakes from Wales and Irish butter and cream to represent all links of the UK in one beautiful pudding.
Susan will compete against Shabnam from north London, Warwickshire-born Sam, Jemma from Southport and Kathryn, who lives in Oxfordshire.
One of these puddings will be chosen and represented at the Big Jubilee Lunch to commemorate the Queen's lengthy reign over the UK.
The winning recipe will be revealed in The Jubilee Pudding: 70 Years In The Baking, which airs on May 12 at 8pm on BBC One.
