Prince George's school fees rack up to thousands of pounds each term.
Already in Year 4 , Prince George is apparently quite popular amongst his peers at St Thomas's Battersea School. The school boasts an impressive track record of pupils excelling but entry comes at a rather steep cost.
Each term his fees, which are due before the first day of term to avoid a late charge, are set at £7,520. The school does provide all text books and stationery for the youngsters but "reserves the right to charge for extra items if the head deems that the child requires them".

Parents will also be charged for "an atlas, Bible, school hymn book, poetry book, English and French dictionary and thesaurus of their own at different levels in school". The charges also include a residential trip when the children in are in years five, six, and seven, and cover an Outward Bound course in year eight.
Kate and William will fork out thousands every year, and that is without the cost of school uniforms and any extras for music or after school activities, they choose to take part in. Both parents, Kate and William, were privately educated with William and brother Harry studying at Eton. Kate attended a private all-girls school Downe House before moving to Marlborough College in Wiltshire.
