Post Malone shares clip of music video filmed in Scotland after epic Glasgow gig

Post Malone has shared a clip from the music video he filmed in Scotland for his latest single Mourning. The rapper - whose real name is Austin Richard Post - shared a snippet from the upcoming clip as he declared his love for our country.

Sharing the clip, he captioned the post: "I love Scotland, and I love you". During the video, the rapper said "Scotland's fun," before an off-camera voice could be heard shouting 'Action'.

In the behind-the-scenes footage, Post can be seen smilng, joking and laughing with the others on set. The heavily-inked artist appeared to be having a great time as he larked about in the rolling hills. His exact location was unclear from the clip.

Fans went absolutely wild over the post, as one commented: "What episode of Outlander was this?" And another chanced their arm at getting to meet their hero, replying: "It is nice here if you hit the right places, if you're still about give us a shout."

The 27-year-old performed at the OVO Hydro last weekend as part of his Twelve Carat Tour where he discussed his upcoming music video, and announced his new album coming out this summer. On Instagram, Post announced his next album, Austin, would be released on July 28.

Speaking on stage, Post Malone added: "We just shot a music video in Scotland, it's absolutely stunning up there, and there's a big a** ice cube in it, which I thought was pretty bada**."

The rapper made one fan's night during his Glasgow gig as he invited Jack Robertson on stage during his performance. Speaking to the Daily Record, Jack said: "The only way I can describe it would probably be, the most terrifying thing that I never wanted to end.

"I took a wee sign with me asking to play it, earlier on in the show he clocked it and gave me a wee thumbs. When it was time for the song, he came over and waved me up."

After his gig, the musician stopped in at Wunderbar and invited a Glasgow musician to perform at his official afterparty at Kong nightclub. Singer Gregor Hunter Coleman had just finished singing at the bar when he was asked to go through to speak to Post, who asked him how much it would cost for him to come sing at the soiree.

Gregor said he would do it for free but the rapper insisted on offering him "financial help" in the shape of money for a deposit for a new home, something that the budding musician had been saving hard for.

Speaking to Capital Scotland, Gregor said: "Basically I finished my set, went over and managed to speak to him and, meanwhile, loads of folk were crowding round and trying to get a photo with him and meet him and he called me through so the security took me through, he shook my hand and gave me a hug and he was like 'that was amazing!'.
