Police issue appeal over missing teen believed to be in Rochdale

Police are appealing to members of the public for help in tracing a missing teen believed to be in the Rochdale area.

Brandon Jones, 16, is originally from Walsall in the West Midlands, and has been missing since 3 September. Police believe he has travelled to the Rochdale area. He is described as having a slim build, curly brown hair, and was last seen wearing grey joggers, a grey hoodie, and a black puffer style jacket.

Police say they are increasingly concerned about his whereabouts and welfare, and are encouraging members of the public to reach out if they have any information.

In a post on the Greater Manchster Police (GMP) Facebook page, Brandon is described as a '16 year-old white male, approximately 5ft 10 inches, slim build, curly brown hair on top and shorter on the sides'.

"We are growing increasingly concerned about his whereabouts and welfare," the statement reads.

"Anyone with information should make contact 0161 856 3533 or the GMP website".
