Peter Andre confessed he was "emotional" as he was finally able to reunite with his family, including his beloved mother Thea, in Australia this week.
The singer and TV star had not been able to see them for two years because of the coronavirus pandemic, with him desperate to be reunited with his parents.
His teenaged son Junior said it had been a long time since he'd seen his family, so he too was "emotional" to finally get to Australia and see them all again.
Peter and Junior were joined on the show live from Australia by his brother Michael and sister Debbie, with two of their siblings yet to be able to get there.
The star has publicly shared his hopes to see his parents and family again over the past two years, especially after revealing his mum's health had recently declined.
Speaking to GMB hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway on Friday, Peter and Michael both revealed there were plenty of tears when the reunion finally happened.
Peter said: "Honestly these last few days for us have just been the best days we’ve had in many, many years. Seeing my sister, seeing my mum and my dad, it's just incredible. I was very emotional obviously."
He went on of his mother's health: "She’s suffering quite a bit… it means a lot that we’re able to have this time with mum. We’re so grateful."
Michael added that neither of them "could contain themselves" and that there were plenty of tears.
Peter then praised his sister Debbie for the care she has given to their parents while he was unable to get there, saying: "I love my sister."
He shared his gratitude to be able to be back in Australia with them all after so long, with Michael admitting they all "hadn't stopped hugging".
Junior then confessed all on his dad being teary, but added he too had been emotional from the moment they all arrived.
He explained: "Dad is a very emotional guy, but even I was very emotional. I hadn’t seen them for a very long time, and I have been dying to see them.
"Finally I was able to come and see them, and it's been amazing. I've missed them so much, it's so good to see them, there’s been emotional tears."
Peter recently opened up on his mother's health, and said she was "declining".
Writing in his New magazine column, the singer explained: "I feel great about being a year away from 50. I dreaded turning 40 but actually my forties have been really amazing, I feel relaxed, and in a very happy place career wise and personally.
"The only thing that worries me about turning another year older is that my parents are getting older and my mum's health is really declining, which makes me sad.
"But everything else is going well and I feel great."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
