More than £140,000 of illegal and counterfeit goods have been seized from Oxford Street US candy shops in the latest raid.
Westminster City Council said vapes, unsafe charging leads and fake Apple products were among the items seized in the ongoing crackdown on Europe’s busiest shopping street.
Officials say some of the shops have cost taxpayers at least £9 million in unpaid business rates.
In the latest raid with Trading Standards and the Met Police, council officials took away a haul of £145,000-worth of almost 7,000 items.
