A new Edinburgh bar has announced its opening date, with the Leith dining and drink spot set to welcome in its first customers this April.
Earlier this month, we reported work was well underway to bring Bittersweet Leith to the capital, replacing the former home of Steel Coulson Tap on Henderson Street. Bittersweet have taken over the lease to launch their new cocktail bar and restaurant, with the former pub business moving to a new premies elsewhere in the city.
As well as cocktails and a range of Italian wines, the bar will also be serving up speciality coffees throughout the day.
