It turns out adults can have just as much fun shopping for gifts for children as their little ones can have playing with the presents they receive.
One mum recently discovered this after searching for a children's book to gift her three-year-old son left her in stitches.
Emma Young, 40, has shared how she couldn't help but crack up when she picked up a book about worms, as it had a rather inappropriately-shaped finger pupped attached.
Superworm, by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, is a picture book that follows a 'super-long and super-strong' worm and has been adapted to include a finger puppet of the titular character.
Said puppet just so happened to capture Emma's attention as she soon noticed it happened to be shaped like a man's private parts.

The mum found herself laughing "a little too loud" in the store, before snapping a photo of the puppet and sharing it on social media.
And it seems many other people also found the book very amusing.
Emma, from Maidstone in Kent, said: "It just made me give it a double-look and made me chuckle. I laughed a little too loud I think.
"My three-year-old loves Superworm and we already have this book - without the added extra!
"Who quality controlled this and thought, 'let’s put a thin pink skin-coloured sock on a kids book'?"
The book, which was on sale for £7.50, features a hole in each page allowing readers to use the puppet.
Emma took the photo inside a local branch of Asda on Saturday (15/1).
She then uploaded it to Facebook where her post has now received over 12,000 likes from incredulous parents.
The mum added: "I thought it’s a cold and frosty, gloomy morning so I thought it would make others smile to share the photos.
"As others have also stated, this did not look like a worm!"
One commenter said: “I’m definitely not mature enough to have this book and not read without laughing.”
Another replied: "My neighbour got it for my boy as a gift sent me a text to say it looked pornographic.
"I thought what on earth has she bought my 1 year old....then he opened this. The kids are all innocently pulling and poking it. Its hilarious to watch."
Scholastic, the book's publisher, has been approached for comment.
