McDonald's is slashing the price of one of its most popular menu items.
Chicken McNugget lovers will be able to get their hands on a serving of six pieces for £1.39, down from its usual price of £4.29, saving customers £2.90. The nuggets, which are made from 100% chicken breast in a crispy coating, are hugely popular with McDonald's fans.
Customers will also be able to get a Single McMuffin for £1.19 - less than half its usual price. McDonald’s fans can choose between bacon or sausage, complemented with a free-range egg, a slice of cheese, carefully tucked between a freshly toasted English muffin.

But there is a catch when it comes to both savings. The deals will only be available on Monday, June 19, and customers can only claim the offer when ordering via the McDonald's app.
Diners who use the app accumulate points for every penny spent, so a Single McMuffin bought on Monday will get you 119 points, while a box of six Chicken McNuggets will see you rack up 139 points.
When point milestones are hit, you can exchange them for rewards. For example, 1,500 points could get you a small fries or a hash brown, while 4,000 points can be swapped for a Big Mac.
