Maura Higgins has revealed she vomited and "almost collapsed" during an intense hot yoga class in 40C heat.
The Love Island star, 31, told fans about her unfortunate workout experience on Tuesday morning from her car afterwards and uploaded it to Instagram stories.
She said she was proud of herself for getting up early and going to the hot yoga session but only made it 30 minutes into the class when she had to run out.
"No word of a lie, hot yoga, killer, absolute killer," she said. "I ran out of the class, 30 minutes in because I felt like I was going to collapse.

"The trainer or the coach was looking at me like, 'are you ok?' I said, 'yeah I'm ok, I just need the toilet'.
"Ran to the toilet, spewed everywhere. I was like, oh my god I’m shaking. My body's just not able for it anymore.
Maura said that even after vomiting in the toilet, she tried to re-join the class and continue her workout but the hot yoga instructor stopped her as she looked "extremely pale".
Maura recalled: "She gave me electrolytes, so I put half of the sachet in my water, she was so sweet. She just said, 'Just sip this you’ll be fine, your body just needs to get used to it.'
"And when I came back from the toilet after getting sick, I tried to continue. She came over to me and said, 'no, no just sit down, you've gone extremely pale'.
"As you know, I'm so pale as it is, so I must have been translucent," she joked.
However, after a rest Maura was eventually able to join in again and said she felt "on top of the world" after the class.
"I took a bit of a breather and then got back into it," she said. "I think it's because it was so hot, in the room I think it was about 40c and then obviously you're exercising, but it set me up today, it did. I feel on top of the world," she joked.
