Former Celtic midfielder Matt O'Riley keeps in touch with his old teammate Gustaf Lagerbielke through a weekly guided meditation session.
The pair played together at Parkhead last season, but both departed in the summer for Brighton and Hove Albion and FC Twente, respectively.
Lagerbielke, who made just 10 appearances in green and white last campaign, remains on Celtic's books because his switch to the Netherlands was only temporary.

The central defender is loving life out on loan and has recently revealed how he got back in touch with O'Riley.
The pair catch up with each other weekly: "Matt knows a guru, a spiritual meditation coach," said Lagerbielke (Voetbal international via twenteinsite.nl).
"He organizes a guided meditation session once a week for Matt, me and a few other guys. Simply via webcam. We exchange experiences, the guru gives us tips for on the field and in our lives.
"Then, we meditate together for about forty minutes. Very pleasant and relaxing. In addition to that session, I also try to meditate for myself every day.”
It remains to be seen where Lagerbielke's long-term future lies.
He has been thriving with Twente this season, having scored two and set up another in 24 games across all competitions.
The 24-year-old has established himself as a regular in the side, and despite living a few-hundred miles away from O'Riley, still stays in touch with his old Parkhead teammate, albeit virtually.
