A huge landslide has left some homes perilously close to a new cliff edge.
Gardens of nearby houses were caught in the landslide which rolled over the beach and into the sea in Nefyn just minutes after people walked by.
Large parts of clifftop gardens - and even a wooden bench - were carried onto the beach in the fall of thousands of tons of rocks.
Shocking images shows the aftermath of the landslide which took place at around 11am.
Footage shot by a drone shows an aerial view of the cliff collapse and illustrates the scale of the landslide.
