A man was shot and critically wounded Tuesday night inside a Lawndale home on the West Side.
The man, 37, was shot in the chest and abdomen by someone he knew inside the home in the 1500 block of South Central Park Avenue about 8:30 p.m., Chicago police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in critical condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
