Andre Rebello, senior coroner for Liverpool and Wirral, said that Mr Murray died 'at his own hands.' Mr Rebello said that the high levels of painkillers and diabetic medicine in Murray's system caused his death.

Mr Rebello recorded a verdict of suicide. He offered his sympathy to Mr Murray's family, who attended the hearing at Gerard Majella Courthouse.
