Lorraine Kelly has dropped two dress sizes after deciding to make changes following lockdown.
The TV presenter reckons she's got her sparkle back after vowing to make healthy changes at the end of January. She said there is "nothing wrong" with gaining weight, but she was "not happy" at a size 14.
Speaking during an Instagram Live on Wednesday, the 62-year-old said that during lockdown she was drinking more and eating lots of chocolate. Usually a size 10, Lorraine said she wore baggier clothes to disguise her weight so decided to join WW (previously Weight Watchers) to lose some weight.

She's loving it so much that it's given her the confidence back, enough to wear what she wants, the Daily Record reports. She said: "I'm feeling more confident and wearing clothes not to disguise anymore wearing clothes that fit me properly and getting into a size 10!
"It does feel so much better, and I am supposed to be a 10 but I was a 14 heading towards a 16 - now there's nothing wrong with that if that's what you're supposed to be but I'm not I'm supposed to be a 10 and when I'm not, I'm just not happy."
Lorraine also revealed that she sold her old clothes and raised over £1000 for charities in Ukraine. She said: "We had a massive sale of all my "big clothes" as I call then and do you know what? They are gone and we raised £1000 for Ukraine."
She added: "I kept my clothes (size 10) and to be able to wear things again, it feels really good. It's really interesting actually, in work people have been saying to me 'you just seem to have your sparkle back, you just feel happier and healthier in yourself."
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV and the ITV Hub
