Leeds United midfielder Marc Roca has explained how meditation and reading books has helped improve his performances on the pitch.
Roca was one of Jesse Marsch's seven summer recruits during the previous transfer window, and joined the Whites from Bayern Munich for an initial fee of £10 million.
The 25-year-old has started every game for Leeds in the Premier League this term and has formed a promising partnership with Tyler Adams in the heart of midfield.
The Spaniard has had a personal trainer working with him individually at Leeds, and has found other ways of maximising his focus.

"Trying to always be focused and disciplined in my work, in my tasks, I am very clear that depends on me. I have to do 100% to fulfil it to the maximum that I can," Roca told Spanish outlet Marca.
"The truth is that it has always helped me.. I like to read, I like to meditate, I like to be calm with myself which in the end is how I can best focus my attention.
"And that way that helps me to be able to be 100% at all times in each training session and in each game."
