A 'preacher' calling on gig goers waiting outside Leeds' First Direct Arena not to 'dance like whores' who called homosexuality a 'sin' was left embarrassed after his call outs to the crowd backfired spectacularly.
Footage captured by @Brandongreaves07 on TikTok shows a man stood on a set of mini steps while holding a microphone outside a Dua Lipa gig at the First Direct Arena in Leeds city centre.
The preacher, stood on a mini step platform and shouting down a microphone, blared to the crowd: "Homosexuality and lesbianism is sin", and was met with cheers from the crowd.

The preacher then shouted: "And you celebrate sin?"
More cheers erupted.
"How many of you think it's good to get drunk? How many of you think it's good to get high?"
The crowd then cheers even more loudly at both questions.
"How many of you think it's good to dance like a whore?"
More loud cheers.
"How many think that it's good to have sex outside of marriage? How many of you think it's okay to dress in provocative clothing?
"We're in serious trouble with God. You're in serious trouble with God. You call evil good and good evil."
The cheers abruptly stopped during his last line about 'trouble with God' and a few can even be heard shouting 'no'.
And the comments on TikTok noticed the backfire too as the hateful preacher was put squarely in his place by the lines of fans who were there to see pop superstar Dua Lipa.
Paul Gamble said: "For a second there I thought he was going to jump down and join them"
Pandoras9 said: "this didn't go like he wanted"
And Samantha added: "Reminds me of Jamie Oliver and the chicken nuggets."
@nopeybopey said: "He’s hyping up the crowd so much I honestly thought he was just there to hype people up until the last part"
